Trees Along the Trail is a Christmas tree decorating contest and nonprofit/service club organization fair rolled into one. Groups provide and decorate a Christmas tree in the museum, reflecting the group’s mission in the theme of the decorations. Adding a Youth division has brought the number of trees to near 40. Visitors may purchase $1 vote tickets to vote for their favorite trees. Half of each vote ticket benefits the nonprofit or service club, and half benefits the museum. H&R Block and Wiedeman Financial sponsor cash prizes to the winning organizations. Come stroll through this mini-forest to enjoy these beautiful creations free of charge!
