Quilt and Beef Raffles

Quilt and Beef Raffles

“Lush”

Due the generous donations of Wanda Mowry and Babbette Berger, we have two quilts we are raffling off.  Tickets are $5.00 a piece and both quilts winners will be drawn from the same pool.

“Lush” was quilt, pieced, and donated by Babbette Berger, from Gering, and it was quilted by Anita Allen.  The quilt is a king size quilt, measuring 105″ by 105″.

Cabin Quilt was made by Kathrine Weller and quilted by Christy Anderson.  It was donated by Wanda Mowry.

Thank you Wanda and Babbette for the donation of the lovely quilts!  You can see the quilts displayed in the Museum’s lobby.

Beef Raffle

We are raffling off two halves and four quarters of beef from our herd.  The processing will be included in the raffle and will be processed at Twin City Pack in Gering, and it will be processed the end of November, first of December.  Tickets for the beef raffle are $10.00 a piece.

For more information on the raffle or to purchase tickets, you can call 308-436-1989 or stop by the museum.
