The Legacy of the Plains Museum is currently developing a strategic plan. The plan provides the Board of Directors and Staff a list of priorities and goals that will help shape the museum for the next decade. It also provided a introspective look at our strengths and weaknesses to help us identify areas we need to improve on.
We are asking our members for input on this rough draft of our strategic plan. If can be specific to a committee or on the overall museum.
