Grassland Empire

chuck-wagon

Livestock came into the area with the cowboys and cow punchers who cared for them as they herded them along on the different spurs of the western cattle trails. Cows aren’t the only livestock which came to this area. Sheep, hogs, poultry such as chickens and turkeys have been common sights among the years. Cowboys may have changed over the years but they do still exist in the High Plains.
