The Legacy of the Plains community room is available to rent for private events
Adjacent to the community room is our spacious museum lobby with an unparalleled view of Scotts Bluff National Monument just right out the back door. We also have a catering kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, ovens, and ample counter space for serving food buffet style. Tables and chairs are available as well. We have hosted meetings, banquets, weddings, graduation parties, and many other private and community events. Please note that facility rentals do not include the Exhibit Hall and admission is separate. For information about facility rental, call the museum at 308-436-1989.

Rental Facility Policies
All days are available to rent with the exception to the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Please note that no facility rentals are possible on days that have museum events.
We invite ALL interested in booking the facility to come view the space and sign an agreement in person in order to secure that date.
