Be it Ever so Humble…

garlock-cabin

You can be a farmer, a rancher, a banker, or going to school – but at the end of the day no matter where we are, we all have someplace we call ‘home’. Some of us go to church and children go to school. Such is the normal day-to-day routine in the High Plains. It can be interesting to see how the mundane routines of living our lives have changed throughout the years, from the expansion of schools and clubs, to what we wear each day, these things have evolved there are new fads each year.

This zone highlights

  • Historic Garlock Cabin
  • ‘Hot and Cold’ Display
  • Washing Machine Archway
